What to Expect at This Visit
During your Patient Recommendation Conference, we will:
• Review your nervous system scan results
• Go over findings from your exam
• Explain how those findings relate to the challenges you or your child may be experiencing
• Share personalized care recommendations
• Answer any questions you may have
This visit is designed to give you clarity and direction, so you can make the best decision for your health or your child’s health.
A Quick Recap: What We Measured & Why
At your initial visit, we performed a detailed evaluation of the nervous system to understand how your body is functioning.
This included:
• Nervous system scans to measure stress, balance, and adaptability
• Neurological assessments to evaluate how the brain and body are communicating
• Spinal evaluations to identify areas of tension, restriction, or imbalance
• Digital X-rays, when clinically appropriate, to assess structure and alignment
We do this because the nervous system controls how the body functions, heals, and adapts to stress.
When the nervous system is under stress or not functioning optimally, it can show up in many different ways—whether that’s pain, tension, sleep challenges, focus issues, or other health concerns.
This visit brings all of that information together so you can clearly understand what’s happening and what can be done to help.
Expectations for This Appointment
To help you get the most out of this visit, please keep the following in mind:
Plan for about 30–40 minutes
Arrive on time (either in person or via Zoom) so we can go through everything thoroughly
Bring any questions you may have
Be ready to discuss next steps and recommendations
If the appointment is for a child, we strongly encourage both parents to be present if possible.
If both parents cannot attend, we recommend recording the visit so the information can be shared later.
